Make a Booking

All casual and permanent bookings can be made in person at Head Office or by calling Head Office or enrolment@afterthebell.com.au. Bookings and Cancellations cannot be made at the program, via phone or to the Educator. As this is to ensure accuracy to your booking needs.

To avoid a casual fee ensure you have made a booking and/or cancellation by 12.30pm (business day) prior to the booking day.

It is imperative you have read the policies and procedures pertaining to bookings and cancellations. Including Vacation Care, Public Holidays, Camp Days terms, conditions, policies and procedures.

Cancel a Booking

Bookings and Cancellations Requirements

Before and After School Care:

 All accounts will be debited on a Wednesday & Thursday of every fortnight.

  • Families/Guardians must cancel and make a casual book by 12.30pm (business hours) the day prior to the their child/ren booking session.A casual fee and/or cancellation fee will apply if booking and/or cancellation is not made/cancelled within the booking/cancellation time requirment (refer to the Parent Handbook)
  • If a medical certificate is provided to Head Office within 24hours of cancellation you will not incur a cancellation fee (refer to Parent Handbook for other conditions).
  • If After The Bell are not notified by policy requirement times of your child/ren’s attendance you will incur the normal full fee session charge as well as an additional non-booking fee charge per child.
  • Policies, procedures, terms and conditions regarding enrolment, booking, cancellations, fees, payment are located in the Parent Handbook and process will vary if you are eligible for CCB/ CCR.

Vacation Care, Public Holiday, Camp Days and Pupil Free Days:

  • No cancellations can be made once booking has been submitted to Head Office, full fee will still occur (no refundable).
  • Fees are non-refundable once bookings have been made for Vacation Care and Publi Free Days.
  • If your child falls ill and a medical certficate is provided, the day is still charged.
  • Any bookings, full payment, completed enrolment form with all required documentation, debit form made/provided after the booking commencing.
  • A full fee session charge will still apply if a medical certificate is provided.
  • All VAC bookings must be made online through a PC only. After The Bell Aus will not be held responsible for bookings or Enrolment/Forms submitted through a tablet or phone or PDA device, this is at your own risk. As we will not be responsible for incorrect information, incomplete information or not received information/form. A dishonor fee will still apply for VAC booking forms that funds cannot be retrieved.
  • Vacation Care, Camp Days, Public Holidays (during school term time) are non-refundable if you cancel a booked session or have a permanent/ casual booking on a Public Holiday and/or school Camp Day. The cancellation notice does not apply for these days.
  • Ensure you have refered and read to all the Terms and Conditions and Parent Handbook and Vacation Care tab.
