Make a Booking

All casual and permanent bookings can be made by emailing enrolment@afterthebell.com.au Vacation Care bookings must be completed online.

Bookings and Cancellations cannot be made at the program or via phone to the Educator. As this is to ensure accuracy to your booking needs.

It is imperative you have read the policies and procedures pertaining to bookings and cancellations. Including Vacation Care, Public Holidays, Camp Days terms, conditions, policies and procedures.

After The Bell Aus supports the NDIS for self managaged users. Inclusion Support Program (ISP) funding cannot be provided if your child is eligible for the NDIS. During Vacation Care a parent may wish to use respite funded support, NDIS or pay additional costs for additional staffing to provide care, or seek ISP funding. Though 4 weeks notice is required prior to the first day of the Vacation Care period.

Cancel a Booking

Once off cancellations can only be made by calling or emailing. All permanent bookings cancellation must be communicated via email:

Bookings and Cancellations Requirements

Before and After School Care:

 All accounts will be debited on a Wednesday & Thursday of every fortnight.

  • Families/Guardians must cancel per cancellation requirements as stated in the parent/guardian handbook (refer to the Parent Handbook).
  • If a medical certificate is provided to Head Office within 24hours of cancellation you will not incur a cancellation fee (refer to Parent Handbook for other conditions).
  • Policies, procedures, terms and conditions regarding enrolment, booking, cancellations, fees, payment are located in the Parent Handbook and process will vary if you are eligible for CCS.
  • Vacation Care, Camp Days, Vacation Care (during school term time) are non-refundable if you cancel a booked session or have a permanent/ casual booking on a Public Holiday and/or school Camp Day. The cancellation notice does not apply for these days.
  • It is the responsiblity of the guardian to ensure they have recieved a statement of accounts. As statement of accounts are auto generated we have no means to know if the account holder has recieved or not recieved a statement  of accounts.

Vacation Care, Public Holiday, Camp Days and Pupil Free Days:

  • No cancellations can be made once booking has been submitted to Head Office, full fee will still occur (no refundable).
  • Fees are non-refundable once bookings have been made for Vacation Care and Pupil Free Days.
  • If your child falls ill and a medical certficate is provided, the day is still charged.
  • For any bookings, full payment, completed enrolment form with all required documentation, debit form made/provided after the booking commencing.
  • A full fee session charge will still apply if a medical certificate is provided.
  • All VAC bookings must be made online. After The Bell Aus will not be held responsible for bookings or Enrolment/Forms submitted through a tablet or phone or PDA device, this is at your own risk. Refer to the Terms and Conditions for Vacation Care.
  • Vacation Care, Camp Days, Vacation Care (during school term time) are non-refundable if you cancel a booked session or have a permanent/ casual booking on a Public Holiday and/or school Camp Day. The cancellation notice does not apply for these days.
  • Ensure you have refered and read to all the Terms and Conditions and Parent Handbook and Vacation Care tab.
